Since it's sunday I've decided to say what I'm thankful for;

My family and friends who without them I would not be here! <3

    I'll go for a top three.

    - My loved ones. That includes extended relatives, my three wonderful siblings who I miss every day, my amazing fiancé and my pet tortoise.

    - Music. It got me through a lot in my teenage years, and now it's one of my most valuable tools on my journey to health. This one has come up because my MP3 player broke a few days ago and I've realised how vital it is. I'll never understand people who aren't fussed for music.

    - My house. This one gets mentioned because it's another thing I don't value enough. I'm getting upset about its state of disrepair lately. It's rented, and there are patches of mould and cracks in the walls, and it needs new paint on every wall and new carpets on almost every floor, but I need to remind myself it IS a gorgeous house. It's plenty big enough for the two of us, and it'll be fine to start a family in if we've not saved enough to move in the next three or four years. Oh, and I live in the perfect location - couldn't imagine anywhere better.

    I'm thankful for my new health centric lifestyle which I plan to continue indefinitely
    I'm thankful for the stability in my life

    My Mum.
    My god-daughter.
    My little cousins & their whole family.
    My pets.
    Being able to look at the stars and appreciate how beautiful they are.

    I'm thankful for my boyfriend. He's the most understanding and amazing person I have ever met.

    I am thankful that my life is relatively stress free because I have the best wife and family in the world.
    I am thankful for my 4 beautiful and healthy children.
    I am thankful for my Mom who is 82 and still in good health.
    I am thankful to be employed.
    I am thankful for MFP because it is making a huge difference in my life.

    I'm thankful for my kids who help keep me real, for good (Mom, your legs are getting all muscley!) and bad (Mom, did you weigh that ice cream?).

    I'm thankful for my big 1/4 acre yard with lots and lots of grass for me to mow with my reel mower-2.5 miles of back and forth and I'm only half done!

    I am thankful every day for my beautiful children who are my world. I am thankful that I am fortunate to have the things in life I have when there are so many people homeless and starving etc. Thankful to my amazing mum who has a heart of gold.
