Has anyone used it?
Is it any good?
I found a 14day Acai Berry & a Fat Burn thing at CVS.
Was thinking or trying it.

Bought some from GNC store. Thought the would reduce my appetite but didn't. They clerk said they are a good anti oxidant. They didn't do any thing for me as far as an appetite suppressant goes... Tasty though:laugh: One a day for health is about it. $14.00 for a small bag. Rip Off. Just my experience though.

hmm was just wondering today if I should get the Acai berry 14 day cleanse. not for a weight loss supplement, just wanting to be "regular". if you know what I mean. I've upped my fiber and water in take but that hasnt helpedd much. I would like to start going atleast once a day. any suggestions on the acai berry cleanse or other colon cleansers?
again - not for weight loss just to be regular...
n the one I'm looking at is at GNC for about $15 ~ Acai Power Berry Pure- body Cleanse
Thanks ya'll0 -
Metamucil (spelling ?) works for me. I also have hot water with lemon and a bit of honey on most mornings which also helps.
Good luck0
