hoodia?Good or Bad, BAD! (updated)

Hello me again l just thought l'd let everyone no, Thanks to all the people who replyed to my earlyer post helped me to do more research on hoodia befor tacking the pill, and l googled hoodia and it gave me plenty resons not to put them in my body.
So i'm going to do it the healthy way and lose weight the old fashond way.
hers how l will deal with my food cravings "I will make my self a cup of green tea and drink that"
l always new diet pills were bad, l ges l just thought that maybe hoodia was difrent but you now what they say if it sounds to good to be true it probley is.

I don't know if it is good or bad. But I remeber seeing a post a few months back of someone who had tried it and did not see results. so I would consider it carefully. Making healthy changes is your best bet. Good luck.0

I take a Green Tea pill with Hoodia in it... and have not noticed anything wrong with it. I've taken it for atleast six months. It truly helps with cravings... and I'm not as hungry.
This is coming from a person who could eat 5-6 candy bars in one day! Yuck...
I guess be careful, but I haven't noticed anything different with my body in a bad way.0 -
Chewing gum and those nestea iced tea drink packs with splenda help with my cravings. They're sweet and help you increase your water. Just use them in moderation because of the splenda. Keep something motivational around you at all times to help conquor cravings. Pills aren't the answer as you can't take them forever0
