going to start a 3 day detox with Vegan Tropical Strawberry they say 3-7lbs weight loss average. Will keep you posted. Program looks pretty easy

    I just finished a 10 day fast/detox of only veg and water.. lost 2lbs.. morning star products are awesome the vegie chicken patties taste like chicken

    Are you talking about the 3day shakeology cleanse? I did it for 2 days and lost 2lbs..3 shakes day/only mixed with water then a salad with 4oz lean protein for dinner and light dressing.

    that would be the one navyw1fe. they told me you have to be committed to the whole 3 days to see max results
