I'm in for sure! Starting Tuesday, I'll be starting to cut out wheat products for a week. Add on exercise is hot yoga for a month. 3 times a week along with insanity or hip hob abs. Good luck everyone! Be motivated and critical on yourself. It is the only way to be stronger.0

I've about 9 weeks to get rid of 15- 20 lbs. I don't believe in crazy 3 day fad diets that work to lose and then gain it all back. If it looks real and I see real results, I stick with it until it's time to change it up. I'm very interested.0

Hell yeah! Im about 120lbs overweight for my height so as long as I am eating clean and exercising, the weight should fall off (easier said than done...lol). 20lbs in 3 months is a good, attainable target0
