Fit Tip: Snack for Cocktails

Hi MFP Peeps!
I have seen several threads about drinks, snacking, etc. Just wanted to pass along a tip from a one of the top personal trainers that I work with. Although it may sound silly- if you are planning on having low calorie drinks and need a snack, opt for Gerber Graduates sweet potato puffed grain snacks. 1/2 cup of puffs is low cal, low carb, low fat but provides you with some bulk in your stomach that will be far better than pretzels, popcorn, or peanuts. They are mildly sweet and very crunchy and surprisingly satisfying. Start checking the toddle snack isle rather than the traditional snack isle as these foods are often diluted, low sugar, low salt, and bite size!
