Nervous

I'm not giving up, I'm just concerned.
I've been searching extensively since starting my little experiment. I didn't want to be tied down to MFP for the rest of my life, and I had gone 2 lbs. below my goal weight, so I decided to stop counting calories for one week. Just this past week, I ate whatever I wanted. I did eat excessively, and I just weighed myself today. The scale says I gained pretty much 11 lbs. back in one week. Is this water weight, excess food in my system, waste, etc., or did I actually gain 11 lbs. from 7 days of eating more than I'm used to?

When I first saw the scale, it nearly crippled me, I was so devastated.

Probably a little bit of everything, but mostly water. You changed up your diet, no matter what it is, water fluctuations should be expected at that point.

I would first double check my scale. Is it sitting level, fresh batteries etc? It is hard to believe you would really put on 11 lbs in one week unless you ate everyting in sight.
