10 Minute Trainer - Who's used it?

I am considering purchasing the 10 Minute Trainer but I need reviews - good and bad. Im' wondering if anyone on here has had success using it. There are days that I just can't handle a 60 minute workout and other days when I feel like I could a little more exercise and I totally think that I could handle adding in mini 10 minute workouts throughout the day.

10 minute trainer is a great program, esp if your a busy person! it is very intense for being only 10 minutes, but you will get great results with it! =D0

I've used it! It is a pretty good program. They recommend doing 3 programs a day (30 min) for quicker results. Tony Horton is a great instructor!0

I'm on week four, and am excited to add a few new workouts to the mix next week. I enjoy the workouts - they are challenging and go by so fast. I love the countdown clock. I try to do three per day, following the calendar. Of course, this depends on how my day went, how much time I have, etc. But I usually do three. On days that I go for a walk or run, I will count that as the Cardio segment and just do the other two.
I am amazed at how quickly I adapted to some of the moves. I am still struggling with doing a few of the non-modified moves in the ab workout, but am confident that I'll get there eventually. I like that the workouts didn't become too "easy" too fast. I like having something to work towards.
I can't tell you the last time I did a "boy" push-up, but I am getting there.
My plan is to follow the calendar for eight weeks, and then switch to Gilad's Express workouts. I'll follow his calendar for eight weeks, and then go back to 10 minute trainer. I like variety!0 -
waiting for my 10 min trainer in the mail. cant wait to get it!!!! mom of two boys and dont have 2 hours for the gym so this is really exciting for me!!! any one see results yet? let me know!!!!0
