slim fast vs xyngular

Today I was invited to attend a meeting where they are selling the latest get fit quick pill. I went because one of my friends is taking it and she is having results. I've always been really skeptical of these things. I think they are gimmicks to make money off us. I am having success by watching my calories and exercising. So I'm not sure if I need a vitamin or pill that gives me more energy. This particular one is they were selling was Xyngular. Has anyone heard of it? I am doing my research and I didn't buy anything but one thing they said disturbed me. I drink a slim fast every morning because I don't like to eat breakfast. They informed that Slim fast is one of the worst shakes you can drink because it just sits in your stomach curdling and doesn't digest smoothly. They it can cause you constipation. Does anyone know if this is true? Should I find a better shake to drink in the morning? And has anyone tried the shakes by Xyngular?

I have tried xyngular. I took it for about a month. ( I lost maybe 3 lbs) They say that it gives you a ton of energy, but I have more energy from exercise. I did notice that I was very jittery on it. I too drink slim fast every morning. I don't like to eat a lot in the morning and don't have a lot of time. I have no problems with constipation. If you are having success already than why add this?0

I didn't buy anything. I was actually the only person that didn't. I don't like the expense of the stuff. I was mostly concerned that maybe I should be drinking something besides slim fast. I don't feel that I do need it at this point. I have been running and working out 5 to 6 times a week since January 9th and have lost 12.6 pounds. I guess sometimes the temptations of the products are attracting because they say you can lose faster. BUt I am proud of the hard work I have put in to lose 12.6. I suppose you are right, if my system isn't broke, why fix it?0

Slim fast is equal to drinking chocolate milk in my opinion....check out the carbs and sugars on it that is what you should really look at when wanting to lose weight just sayin.0
