Upper body

Hello all!

So,I've lost about 15 lbs in the last year.. and I've been maintaining my weight for the last 6 months...

Now, I am ready to lose my last 10 - 15 lbs! I have a very easy time losing my lower body... butt, highs, over all legs)..However, it is sooooo hard for me to lose my upper body. My arms, upper back, love handles, stomach is larger in propprtion to my lower body, and i"d like it to be the other way around!!

I do life weights with P90X, but its not helping me lose my upper body more than my lower body! Please help! Any advice would be helpful!

    We all have areas that the fat just doesn't want to leave and it's usually the first place it shows up. Those last 10 are some of the hardest to get rid of.

    The only thing I can suggest is to keep at, P90X is supposed to be great. Don't forget to measure, check how your clothes are fitting and don't let the scale take over your life.
