Thumbs down.
The only studies that have been done that I have seen have been tested on rats in huge quantities.
Not effective0 -
I tried ketones for about 2 months. Then i stopped taking them. I havent seen any difference from taking them and not taking them so I dont think they really help too much.0

Thumbs down. I used it for about a month and nothing significant happened. Keeping in mind that everyone is different you may get better results.0

I just started them... saw it on the Dr Oz show and a friend of mine beat me to buying them... she has been on them for over 3 weeks now and even though there are no appetite suppressants nor stimulants... my friend has experienced less hunger... so I'm giving them a try0

This is suppose to work on those with sluggish metabolism. If your metabolism is not slow at all and you are gaining weight in other areas, this is not recommended. however heavier people benefit from this so you will see different responses. I will be giving this a try.
Raspberry ketone is the primary aroma compound of red raspberries, and is a safe and healthy supplement with no side effects. This compound regulates adiponectin, a hormone that causes your body too boost metabolism. In turn, the fat within your cells gets broken up more effectively, helping your body burn fat faster and more efficiently. In order to get enough ketone to have an effect on the way your body burns its excess fat, you would need to consume 90 pounds of raspberries! But, just 100mg of the supplement per day is enough to get your body burning fat the way you want it to.0
