Star Jumps.

Options
Hey everyone I just today.

Now I was wondering if someone can tell me how many calories you would lose for doing Star Jumps. I have looked everywhere on the internet and I can't find the answer. If this helps I weigh 90 kilograms which equals 199 pounds.

Heyy, if you go on the exercise tab and look for jumping jacks under cardio, then just type in the minutes you spent doing them :)

Yes - that's right - i didn't realise that they were also known as jumping jacks until I started doing the 30DS!

OMG thank you and thank you to the other user as well. I had no idea they were called Jumping Jacks, unusual name for them. But thank you for the help!

Star Jumps are different from jumping jacks.

Star jumpers are a lot more difficult because you're jumping from a squatting position. You can tire yourself out really fast doing star jumpers.

Maybe proper star jumps are like that, but the ones we did at school in PE lessons were just like the jumping jacks!
