if i lose abit of weight and drop my fat percentage my body would look a lot better have you ever felt that way? i mean we don't really realize how body composition really affects the way it looks.
I'm not sure how to do it though..so can you guys give me tips based on your experience?
i don't want to visit a nutritionist so i'm hoping this works without the help of one and i also dont want to gain muscles to avoid looking bulky i just want the muscles beneath the fat to show
thank you very much..

You need to gain muscle to lose body fat. Believe me, you will not be bulky. Some people dedicate tons of time and energy to being bulky and can't achieve it. It is one of the biggest exercise myths out there.
Start strength training and you will see a dip in body fat and I promise, there is no way in hell you will bulk up.0 -
If you haven't done so yet, I suggest reading all the stickies at the top of the General Diet & Weight Loss section. Great stuff in there and should get you started on the right path.0

Gaining some muscle is a wonderful thing, turns your body into a fat burning machine. And I don't mean the bulky kind. Just nice muscle tone, to create a firm, toned body!0
