most will say going a lil over in protein is fine, good even, especially if you are exercising,
I also always go over my fibre, but i did a little research and while MFP sets me at 14 grams...the daily recommended intake for a woman is actually 25-30 grams of fiber  so I don't worry too much about that one either...

to up your fat in a good way, use olive oil when cooking, eat nuts, meat, etc...good fats

    hope that helps :flowerforyou:

Not much. Going over in fiber is definitely no biggie if you're still feeling fine.
Going low in sodium also is pretty much a good thing, as long as you're not cutting it completely.

As for the protein to carbs ratio... it looks as if you're simply going on a lower carb diet right now. Also not necessarily bad. Just watch that you're getting the same nutrients that you would be getting if you were not on a low carb diet.
Although.. I guess low carb diet depends on how low your carbs are.

More protein while exercising can be good. Also depends on how much.
