NSV - Butt shelf gone!

Went bathing suit shopping the other day for our upcoming vacation. 3-way mirror, my nemesis for years, revealed that my @ss shelf has all but disappeared! I used to envy my mother's flat butt (which she complains about) since I got my dad's bubble butt in the gene exchange.

Don't ever discount the value of the squat, the lunge or running! They don't just build leg muscles - I credit all three with my loss of almost 8" in the hip area!

Last year's suit was a 22W. This year: a Misses 14!

    Wow, that's awesome! I too have shelf-butt, so I am going to use your progress to know that it can be done! I won't complain about squats or lunges ever again.

    oh the dreaded butt shelf.
    it's one of my worst areas.
