How do you count cooking oil?

For example, if you are making stir fry and put 1 Tablespoon of oil in the skillet, is that how much you use in calculating the calories? I know the food probably doesn't absorb the whole 1 Tablespoon.

Log the one tablespoon, pour everything from the skillet onto your plate, and make sure you lick your plate clean.
You can't be too careful with 120 calories.0

I count the whole amount divided by servings - so 2 TB in the stir fry pan for four servings would be .5 TB per serving - probably overestimating but I'd rather do it that way.0

The recipe calculator makes it really easy. And since the calorie content listed on packaging may be off by +/- 25%, I put it all in and my day usually averages out properly.0
