help with going out tonight

going out for a birthday tea and really stuck what to have. I NEED to have steak and chips (even though I'll only eat a few) but feel like I shoudl choose seomthing healthier. They do a under 600cal range but the only choice is spaghettit with garlic bread and salad which is fine but you know when you need a steak?/!!!! I NEED A STEAK!!!!! (oh and a few chips and some mayo)

Ive got 733 left and no chance of exercising it back today

what do i do???

  • i think u enjoy yorself keep track and any calories u have over go walking or do an exercise u enjoy and burn off the extra calories happy birthday!!
  • You can always get the steak and eat half of the portion! Take the rest home.
