Hey there guys
So my friend and I have started Team 160. Both our goals happened to be to get down to 160.
My BMI is a lil less than that but at 160 I am happy and healthy.
Anyways we wanted to open it up to anyone else who would like to going Team 160.
We can support each other keep each other up to date and in check and exchange idea and what not.
And those in the Edmonton area can join us for ladies time out!
