    That is amazing!! 89 lbs is a fantastic accomplishment. When I was losing weight I didn't really notice much difference either when looking in a mirror but when I compared the pics from before I saw a big difference. Now that I am 60 lbs lighter I can see the difference in the mirror and it feels great. I actually like to look at myself in the mirror now. Kept if off for almost a year now. Keep up the good work!! :)
