Does anyone else have trouble eating all the calories you need to eat, particularly on days when you burn a lot in your work out? Is that bad or does it mean I should change something? I feel like I'm eating more now than when I was overeating. I know I'm just eating better food, but it doesn't feel like I could be losing weight this way. Thoughts?

Peanut butter is a great tasty way to get a high amount of calories into your diet. Not to mention protein! But you should eat those exercise calories, it may feel like you're eating more than you were before BUT were you also exercising to the same extent before? You have to fuel those workouts (: good job on burning so many Calories!

I know I'm eating more now than I was before. I'd usually have one or two meals a day before. But they were hugely calorie packed meals typically of fast food or fast casual dining places.

Now I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and usually four-five snacks through the day. When I have a lot of exercise calories, sometimes I'll treat myself to something "unhealthy", but more often than not I just add calories by increasing what I'm already eating. I'll make larger portions of whatever I'm making for lunch or dinner or increase the amount of something I bring as a snack.

Adding calories all through the day is easier to me than trying to add them all at once in a single meal or additional meal/snack. Plus, when I eat my exercise calories all through the day, it makes it so I have to be disciplined and do my workout since I workout at night. Because if I don't workout at that point, then I'll be over my calories. :)
