attn low carbers...

I have been with myfitnesspal for months and i love it... however, i am going to go back to low carbing and am having a hard time logging in meat... haha does this make sense? if anyone has any suggestions or would like a new 'friend'... please find me:)

    i only just got on my fit pal not too long ago , but 5 years ago i did the low carb way of eating , but now im more vegan with my cheat days ... but doing the low carbs makes it easier to stay away from " processed carbs" , which is the enemy.
    I can only recommend that you get a food scale, so you can weigh how much meat you are eating and get the correct calorie count. ...if its marinated , i try to add a few extra calories in ... :( i alway worry about low balling my calories too much , which doesn't help ..
