i'm trying to aim for under 60g carbs a day and high fat/protein.. since doing low carb, my macros should be high with healthy fats/protein right? i know that with lower carbs i lose weight easily rather than high carbs... was wondering if this means to cut out the bread? :( i LOOOOVE bread!!

Do a search for Chompie's Carbs Not bread. It's low carbs, high protein, decent calories and super tasty. All three flavors are awesome and I love that the cinnamon raisin isn't overly sweet it too packed full of raisins, it's just a hint of both. I eat it (the bread, any flavor, not cinnamon raisin specifically) pretty much every single day and have even used it to make single serving bread puddings, thanksgiving-style dressing, and croutons for salads.

Cut the carbs. Yes, the bread, the pasta, the flour, the sweets and sugar.

It's personal choice, IMO. When I first started cutting carbs I still had bread, just not as often. Still lost weight. But if you're aiming for under 60g carbs a day, it wont leave you much room for carbs from fruit, veg and the like.

Two slices of the Chompie's bread I mentioned only have 6g carbs and 14g of protein. So it seems totally doable for a 60g a day limit for someone that doesn't want to give up bread.
