2 oz of Light Ricotta Cheese (60 calories per serving & I used 1 serving; fat 2.5; carbs 3) Sargento Brand
2 eggs (white only) (60 cal per serving & I used 2 servings; 0 fat & 1 carb per sserving) Kirkland Brand from Costco
Stevia drops to your liking
1/2 tsp of cinnamon & pumkin spice
I blended all together until smooth & cooked them like regular pancakes. Yummy!!! I suppose you can add anything else you want.

Sounds good, but pancakes are bread. This is an egg and cheese dish.0

Technically yes, but when you cook them, they are similar to pancakes.0
