I bought a big container of Greek yogurt from Sam's club and now I need some ideas of what to do with all of it! It's plain (not vanilla flavored or anything) I mixed some fruit in it this morning and I'll try it in some smoothies too. Anything else I can do with it?

Use it anywhere you would sour cream - like on potatoes or Mexican dishes. Mix it with salsa for an extra zip.

Use it as a mixer for salad dressing.

    Use it in guacamole.

    I use it in smoothies.

I eat it almost every day, using it as I would sour cream on broccoli and/or a baked potato.

I used it the other day to make tuna salad, in place of mayonnaise and it was great :).

    I love this dip:

    Good stuff!
  • I mix it with tandoori powder & marinate some skinless chicken portions in it. Grill or BBQ - delicious! x
  • Use it as you would sour cream--I never buy sour cream anymore!

So use with mexican dishes that are topped with sour cream, baked potatoes, etc.

Marinate chicken in greek yogurt, chili, fresh garlic and lemon.
    Eat it with some honey.
Add a couple of tablespoons to a smothie.
Make tzatziki. Grate cucumber and garlic, mix with yogurt and add some salt and white pepper.

Add some fiber to it. I add hemp hearts, quick oats, bran. Add some oregano, basil, and garlic powder then use it as a spread in wraps for a nice greek flavor.
