I have trouble cutting bread...

anyone here had great success with consistent weight loss while still eating bread? I can't seem to give bread up at all.. regardless if it's whole wheat/grain.. i have about 2-3 slices a day..

    I eat bread daily and I still am losing. I think I use 12 grain or something. A little tip to ensure that it's really wheat bread, make sure it doesn't say "enriched bleached flour" or something along those lines, if it does, it's just colored white bread essentially. Good luck!

    there is absolutely nothing wrong with eating bread. that little amount is, what, 250ish calories? nothin. just keep it in your calorie limits.

    I don't eat proper bread right now, not because I am trying to cut it out, just because I have been enjoying wraps instead. I also enjoy many other carbs, I am losing slowly, but I would say this is mostly because I am near my goal, my body shape is definately changing even when the scales aren't.
