Great easy chicken dinner!

I wanted something to eat, of course low carb, high protein, so I used what I had on hand.

Grilled small chicken tender in skillet with a little bit of butter with minced garlic, sliced onion and bell pepper. I used a little meat tenderizer, black pepper, cerloe (however you spell it) seasoning, Italian seasoning, and cajun seasoning.
Once the chicken was cooked, I placed on plate and topped with the peppers and onion, I also topped with shredded cheese and salsa:)
Let me say, it was amazing!!! Very tasty, easy, healthy:)

    Did you grill the onions and peppers also? And is the cheese melted? Sorry...I am not that imaginative. I need step by step. LOL

    Yes, I put those in with chick, or a little before...yes I put the cheese on top, and popped in the microwave for a few sec's to melt:)
