I've been fat too long. Used to weigh 160 now I weigh 206. Not a good look.

    You can do it. I was about 240 at your age. Lost about 25 pounds and stayed there until I decided to get serious about my health about two years ago. I'm a little under 160 now. Hang in there.

    Thanks :D gonna go buy a xbox fitness game tonight and start a hardcore workout regimen cardio 2+ combined hrs a day
