Are you actually hungry in the morning?0

You could make something like muffins (bran, blueberry, banana or more savory varieties like herbs etc) or banana or fruit bread, then freeze them (the bread in slices), then you can take one out the night before, an it will be thawed then next morning, fast and travel well for snacks too. other wise yes, instant oatmeals or a homemade smoothie or shake?
ETA: My hubby used to put all his smoothie ingredients in the blender cup at night, milk, rolled oats, banana, berries etc and let it sit in the fridge over night and just wiz it up in the morning)

Okay, I guess that's fine. As long as you don't get the false idea that eating or not eating in the morning somehow affects weight loss or your metabolism.

on my weekend, I scramble 2 eggs at a time (cuz I am super careful about my portions) and pour into a non stick muffin pan, bake until the eggs are done. . great grab and go option for mornings. 1 min micro w/some salsa on top wa la you have a healthy breakfast!
also oatmeal can be cooked ahead and heated micro, or instant if you like it in a coffee cup. I have a water boiler that I fill with water, turn on and it shuts off when water is hot. Add to your packet of oatmeal in your coffee cup and grab a spoon on your way out the door.
Also try these;

It's not your typical breakfast, but the night before I pack a plastic square container each for my huband and me. The ones I use have dividers so that I put in, for example, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cut-up bell peppers in one section and a tbsp of hummus in another. In another section I might put in cubed cheddar cheese and crackers. And then I also have a small plastic containers that I fill with pre-cut fruit from the grocery store. I place them in the fridge so that in the morning we just grab them and go to work.0

I'm the same in that I want convenience. Here's what I recommend:
Better Oats Oat Revolution Maple & Brown Sugar with Flax oatmeal. It's MOT***FUC**** delicious. Trust me. That quaker stuff is alright...I've bought those little tubs once or twice...but this is way better and much cheaper. As far as convenience...throw it in a styrofoam cup and put hot water over it and its ready to eat in less than a minute.
If you like greek yogurt try the different Chobani flavors. Good stuff.
Hard boiled eggs.0 -

Breakfast is not a magical time of day that will somehow cause you to be "healthier" if you eat during that time period. Yes, skipping breakfast is associated with weight gain, but don't confuse correlation with causation.Breakfast skipping is associated with higher body weights in the population. The explanation is similar to that of lower meal frequencies and higher body weights. Breakfast skippers have dysregulated eating habits and show a higher disregard for health. People who skip breakfast are also more likely to be dieting, thus by default they are also likely to be heavier than non-dieters. Keep in mind that most people who resort to breakfast skipping are not the type that sit around and read about nutrition. They are like most people dieting in a haphazard manner. The type to go on a 800 calorie-crash diet and then rebound, gaining all the weight (and then some) back.

You need protein for breakfast. Try doing a homemade egg mcmuffin, it only takes about 3 minutes to make. It's 290 calories and a lot more filling or you could boil some eggs and eat those on the go.0

There's all kinds of nummy ideas on PInterest that involve egg/cheese/breakfast meats that you bake up in cupcake tins and then can re-heat as needed. Also frittattas/quiches like that

You want to have a protein filled breakfast with some good quality carbs and healthy fats 1.Hard boil some eggs, they travel well ,2. Buy good quality yogurt (greek pref.) in small portable containers, stay away from the heavily sweetened ones, 3. Sounds weird but peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on really good quality whole grain bread (look for bread that has 5 gr protein and 5 gr fiber,- throw in a little banana on top- yumm 4. Make your own egg mc muffins Then add to the on the go breakfast by throwing in some fresh fruit like navel orange or apple or grapes and you have a pretty satisfying breakfast0

THIS!! he hit the spot. read the link above and learn. IF is king!
its all about what works best for you really. You don't like eating breakfast??? Then don't. Just be sure to eat the right amount of calories a day and nothing else matters.
I don't have a bite to eat until 230pm each day. I don't remember the last time I had breakfast0 -

It's not a diet plan - it's an eating pattern. Did you even read the link? And I already addressed all the points in your article - would you care to respond? Or are you just going to blindly believe whatever WebMD says instead of thinking for yourself?
If you want to play the science card, post some scientific studies that prove that eating breakfast is "healthy". Because as I said, you are confusing cause and effect.0 -
this was all great info for me-I just started and I don't like breakfast-thank you for asking and thank you for the great responses!0

Kashi granola bars and an apple
Greek yogurt with granola and berries
whole grain waffle with peanut butter
And then there's always a protein shake!0 -

I dont know if you drink coffee in the morning but this is what I usually do as I am not a morning person either. While my coffee is brewing and I am not completely awake I put a half a teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet and turn it on, pop a slice of whole wheat bread into the toaster and then crack two eggs into the skillet. And add salt and pepper, check on the coffee, pour it into the cup and dr it to my taste as I dont like coffee, then put the toast on a plate and add the eggs cooked over medium on top of the toast. The egg yokes moisten the toast to replace the loss of butter as I leave it dry. The toast and eggs 180 calories but full of protein and satisfying healthy fats and just enough carbs to get me by a few hours also. HTH0 -
