Hey what's good everyone!?! Hope you are all doing well! I am new to this community but I've had the app installed for a couple weeks.

I'm excited about my weight loss and look forward to learning more about what to do. I recently posted in the General Weight Loss Help thread and if you get bored you can check out my updated logic behind my plan. I have so much new info coming in, but I look forward to processing it and revamping my plan!

I'm also from Chicago's SouthWest Suburbs and look forward to making some new friends that are into fitness!!
