What do you do…

When you're way under the target of 1340 calories for the day, are not hungry, have satisfied your 5-7 fruits and veg and are also in keeping with your protein/fiber counts and doing okay with sugar? I realized after I was about to complete my entry for today that I'd only taken in 950 calories. I made a little post-dinner snack that brought me up about another hundred calories, but I'm just not hungry beyond that. My husband suggested I have a glass of wine or a beer, but I'm not in the mood for it. I know eating under 1200 calories is inadvisable, but should I just call it a day rather than press to get another 200 calories in?

I'm usually under and full, so I leave it. For long periods of time, it's bad to keep going under, but I just can't make up the calories. Not much help though.0
