I JUST RECEIVED MY 10 MIN TRAINER VIDEO PACKAGE FROM BEACHBODY!!!!! SO EXCITED!!! READY TO START TOMORROW MORNING! ANY NEWBIES OR EXPERTS W/ SOME ADVICE? PLEASE HELP!!!!

    I just got the 10 min trainer too!!! i havent gotten a chance to "Push play" yet but i am looking forward to it. feel free to add me as a friend and we can keep eachother motivated. i know i tend to be really motivated the 1st week and then i tend to fall off the band wagon so i could use the support!!
