I have like 3 bags of broccoli which I'm not willing to dip in ranch, hahaha. Does anyone know any good healthy recipes or ideas to add to broccoli as a yummy snack?

Not sure if this will be appealing to your taste buds... but if you steam your broccoli, and then drizzle it with light italian dressing and parmesan cheese, it makes for a great little side dish.... and its very simple! Hope this helps!0

You could make Chinese beef & broccoli. Slice a piece of flank steak thin (it helps if you freeze it a little first), then marinate it with the broccoli in soy sauce, garlic, Sriracha pepper sauce, and a little honey or pineapple juice. Stirfry the whole thing and enjoy.0

my favorite is baked chicken breasts stuffed and topped with a mixture of chopped brocolli, cheddar, and a little fat free ricotta to hold mixture together.0

One of my favs, i switch out the vegetable broth for boiling water though. i dont like how much salt is in the broth..
Ingredients for 4 Servings
2-3 flowers broccoli
1 small avocado
1 yellow onion
1 green or red pepper
1 celery stalk
2 cups vegetable broth (yeast-free)
Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Some cumin, basil, fresh cilantro or your favorite spices to taste
Directions
1.Heat vegetable broth (do not boil).
2.Add chopped onion and broccoli, and warm for several minutes.
3.Then put in blender, add the avocado, pepper and celery and puree until the soup is creamy (add some more water if desired).
4.Flavor and serve warm. Delicious!!0 -

You can cook them with vapour ten minutes. Take one wok, put oil, garlic, soya sauce, so few ginseng, pepper, and let fry with broccoly three minutes, strong fire.... delicious and few calories. You can eat togheter with soya noodle.0

I love garlic and chilli broccoli. Boil broccoli (tenderstem is particularly good) for approx 4 mins. Meanwhile, heat some garlic/garlic powder and chilli flakes in olive oil for about a minute, then add some breadcrumbs. Stir for a couple of mins until the breadcrumbs go crispy.
Serve the brocolli and sprinkle the garlic/chilli breadcrumbs over it.

Broccoli cheese instead of cauliflower cheese. It's actually nicer than cauliflower cheese. Mix in some butter beans, mushrooms and onions. Nice tasty meal.0

This is like crack to me....roasting - also do the same with cauliflower and halved or quartered brussel sprouts...seriously the best ever...I hated brussel sprouts until i roasted them.
Use GOOD olive oil - it does make a difference - I also crack some sea salt over it as well0
