Keeping cool during your workout?

It's been getting warmer outside and the gym hasn't caught up yet and was sooo hot today. I just couldn't bring myself to finish my whole run today (only did half) because I know my body doesn't handle heat well. They said they are working on it, but it's probably going to be a couple more weeks.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to cope with this?

Drink more (water) and run slower or do walk/rin intervals - that's how I cope with the heat when running outside - I can't turn that down either, though I do go early in the day when it's hot out.
That sounds pretty annoying, I hope your gym gets it sorted soon.0 -
if there's a way you can put a bag of ice on your help that would help0

That sounds so awful!!!! Definitely drinking more water. And I'm a huge advocate of dry-fit work out clothes, too. They seem to really help. Don't wear a cotton t-shirt.0
