So close, so trying something new!

Hello everyone!

Well, 2 years ago I started the journey of losing weight and getting more healthy. I've come leaps and bounds, having shed 60lbs!

Now I'd like to tone up, shed the last 5-6lbs so that I can hover at a nice healthy weight, and just keep at it for the long haul.

I lost the first 25 on South Beach, and the rest on Weight Watchers. I'm still going to WW - but this website allows me more flexibility (at a lower cost too) than the online WW one does.

I'd love to find a support buddy that can help me keep at the exercise, and remind me to not get too frustrated when things slow down or stall out. :)

    Hi .. do you run .. I use this and Strava to log my running etc ... useful tools to check month by month how much you're doing and if you're slacking .. if you do run follow me on Strava and keep up the encouragement
