Accomplished a Goal on Day 2!

Yesterday I broke out the fitness shoes to try getting into my old pattern of running. At one point I was able to run about 7 miles everyday with my track team. Then came the end of high school and the beginning of college...Stress and homework were my shield from doing anything active, and that's where I began to gain weight. Running again made me feel so happy and motivated to continue- Today I was determined to run three miles nonstop (something that I would not normally be able to do anymore) and somehow, I did it. Whether it was the great breeze outside or self determination, but I accomplished a small first goal. I can't wait to get out tomorrow morning to run again!
