WOW!!!! Just amazing. The pictures really show the story, though only hint at the hard work and discipline you've obviously had. I bet you have totally changed your medical stats: like blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar. Such a dramatic outward change will impact your health positively for years and years. Keep going, you can do this, you've proved it already! I'm so proud of you and so impressed! I come here whenever I feel down about my own progress (I've been stalled for the last few weeks, totally my own fault) and need to get inspired and it always works. You definitely inspired me! Thanks!

Thank you everyone. I just got to the point where when at 35 years old my knees hurt walking up the basement stairs I knew it was time to do something or I might not be here long enough to see all my babies grow up or get to be around to get old with my husband. MFP has really helped me watch what I eat

I've already told you but it's worth saying again. You look fantastic. Thanks for helping to inspire me to drop a few pounds, but better yet take a step in the right direction toward getting healthier.
