I went to one of my MFP friend's blog and she has listed her staples. http://crazycookingcouple.blogspot.com/2012/04/store-staples.html
I found it helpful... I didn't know about the bread!
I was wondering, what are some of your grocery store staples and why?
Here are some of mine.
Bolthouse Farms Yogurt blends dressings. Honey Mustard and Ranch only 45calories for 2tbsp.
Orowheat Pocket Thins - 100 calorie pita pockets!
Trader Joe's Masala Burgers - Veggie patties w/ an indian spice twist!
SF Jello Pudding - 60 calories with some FF Reddi Whip on top! YUMMMMMY!

Sprouts and Bountiful Baskets are my staples. Sprouts (Formerly known as Sun Harvest) has amazing specials on produce all the time. $20 stocks my crisper with over 8 different veggies and fruits that last the week if not more for two of us. Also Bountiful Baskets always makes it a challenge to see what you can cook. Check out their website. Its a food Co-op and if you have it in your area I highly suggest giving it a try!0
