Yumm. Bragg apple cider vinegar is amazing on salads. I even found Eden Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. It's unfiltered, naturally fermented, aged in wood and contains Mother (the best part of the vinegar - the cloudiness that gets filtered out).
And coconut oil is just yum. I could eat that by the spoonful.
I eat more fat than anything else and I fight to maintain my weight. It keeps wanting to drop and 108 is low enough for me!!0 -

I do take a B complex, and that's supposed to help your metabilism. But other than that, I think all those pills are just a way for companies to make money! imo
I take B12 in liquid form. I do it for energy, but I also am B12 deficient.0 -

I take OxyElite Pro- got caffiene and thermogenic fat burner's in it...just lets me burn a few more calories during my workouts by raising my HR and it has an appetite suppressant in it as well. As long as you cycle it correctly it works wonders- and I have lost fat quickly and developed much healthier eating habits....to each their own0

If it were as easy as taking a couple of pills to get the bodies we want, then everyone would have great bodies. Eat right, exercise, and you'll likely get the results you want.0

I sometimes think that Dr. Oz just promotes certain products too, but I honestly believe he is a good hearted person who wants to give advice to millions of women who are searching for a solution and want to learn more about their bodies.
I agree. That is why I don't think he would promote DANGEROUS products (like sinephedrine or ephedrine), but he gets paid to endorse stuff, and I think he is highly likely to endorse non-dangerous products (or ones that are unlikely to result in lawsuits or diminution of his reputation), but ones with limited effectiveness nonetheless. There's a difference between the two-- dangerous products-- no, he won't endorse them, but products that cost you money and raise his advertising revenues, but won't help you lose weight-- yeah, probably, he'd endorse those.0 -
I mix all those up in a blender with some diced placenta. Yum!0

I have been taking Relora for 2 years...It doen't help with weight loss but it does help with stress and safer than St. John's Wort. So I guess if stress is causing you to gain weight it may help .0

To the OP, I truly believe that to lose weight safely, we need to watch what we eat and work out. There isn't a magical pill and there will never be one either, because obesity is not only a physical condition.

TV is about getting and promoting sponsors. Most of the products featured end up on the show because of publicists and not because Dr. Oz has personally researched them.
They may not be dangerous, but I doubt they are super magic fat burners. If they were, would we get a new pill every week?0 -

It's best to take any advice he has given with a grain of salt. Do your due diligence and investigate other sources for validation of anything that he has said.0 -
Dr Oz is nothing but a supplement slut. He'll promote anything for a buck. One day its one thing, the next something totally different. Have no respect for him anymore.0

Don't waste money on costly supplements that tout 'magical' fat burning properties...I know a sure fire proven way to burn fat. It's called exercise and it's free.

I take Ketoberry with brkfst and lunch. Which has raspberry ketones, african mango, green tea, caffiene (very sm amt), cider vinegar, acai, resveraltrol. Also I take CLA with each meal.
Definate improvement in weight loss and belly fat loss. All ingrediants Dr. Oz approved on one show or another. I have noticed a boost in energy in the morning and reduction in stress. I do exercise 6 days a week and they give me the boost I need, help with appetite, improve my stress, and I have noticed a reduction in fat esp. on my belly, something I've never noticed before even with exercise. I wouldn't go running out and purchasing every pill Dr. Oz advertises, I'd be broke! LOL That's why I take the Ketoberry it's about $11-15/month and CLA I have noticed improvement $15/6wks supply. If I felt they weren't working after one bottle I'd cut my losses and move on but so far so good.

That is very helpful to know. I have been looking to reduce stress and have considered St. John's Wort, but I don't like that you shouldn't take it when you have a lot of sun exposure.0 -
