I guess this is a NSV: Our office assistant at work retired at the end of last year. She still comes in every now and then to help out when needed. As she walked by my office, she did a double take and asked if I had lost weight :) That's the first person who has noticed or at least noticed and said something. She then asked "is this some mid-life crisis thing?" to which I replied "Nope, just 18 years of being a fat-*kitten* and I've finally had enough!"

    Congrats on your NSV! It does feel great when someone notices. My phrase is "I can't use the post-baby weight excuse anymore because she's 14" lol.
