What?! So sad. Oxygen is the only fitness magazine that doesn't make me feel like I just wasted my money.

Finally - people i can relate too! :)

I LOVE Oxygen and Clean Eating Magazine. I used to subscribe to Shape, Women's Health, Fitness Rx and Muscle & Fitness (for Women). Oxygen is now my only subscription. I think i own all of Tosca's books as well as all of the Best of Clean Eating cookbooks!

It is so sad about the loss of Bob. I think he was a huge motivator and inspired many. I grieve for Tosca and her girls. To me, his passing is second only to the legendary Joe Weider.

I had not heard about this, so sad :( I love Oxygen mag, real exercises, with real weights, not a bunch of weird acrobatic stunts using plastic weights or canned corn. I tried reading some of the other mags, in fact for some reason I get shape free, but I don't even open it, but their "exercises" are weird conglomerations of moves to try that don't make any sense. Oxygen helped me get over my anxiety of working out with "the boys" on free weights.

My twin! LOL I love Clean Eating as well. Oxygen is my only go to fitness mag for female related things...I do also like MEN'S Muscle and Fitness...the Hers M&F is to phoo-phooey for me. I detest Women's Health, Shape and all those others as they still give out bad info/advice.

I loved the my twin comment! LOL

Men's Muscle and Fitness is pretty good as well. I used to like M&F Hers, but they did get way too into the fluff...

I was so sad to hear that Bob Kennedy had died... I met him last summer at Can Fit Pro in Toronto - he had such a great energy, was so motivating, kind, and genuine. :(

Oxygen Magazine is one of the best health & fitness magazines out there. I think a lot of woman that read it think it's going to give them a miracle cure. It won't. What it does is encourage us to live healthy & not give up on ourselves. What we put into our bodies is what we'll get out of it.

I love my Oxygen subscription....so, when my magazine came this week, with all the dedications to Mr. Kennedy, I was pretty sad. (I hadn't heard the news until I read it in my magazine!)

I am really hoping his family continues on with the publishing. I really count on the magazine for continued inspiration!

I found out about this last week when I searched for Tosca to send a link to a friend. Truly a loss to the fitness world. I loved his column.
