a cup of lettuce, 1/8 cup reduced fat shredded cheese and a tbs of lite kraft italian dressing. Its my afternoon snack to get me to dinner since I am stuck at work until 7.0

Body Fortress super advanced whey cookies and cream protein powder, 3 small bananas, 2 heaping tablespoons of natural crunchy peanut butter, two cups of vanilla soy milk. All blended together. So good! :drinker:0
