Hi! Im 16 years old and have decided that its time to seriously make a change in my life.

In the past two days i have adjusted my food significantly, and gone from doing nothing really, to run/walking 2 miles!

I love seeing how many calories im eating it really puts things in perspective!
and its very rewarding seeing how many calories i burn

My goal is to be in a size 10 or 12 by august, im now in a size juniors 19 womens 16, so wish my luck!

    Good Luck!!! I agree, I love watching the calorie counts when I work out! Hope you can achieve your goals. :)
