    I dunno... the point of grilling a grilled cheese is to make the cheese melty. If you melt Nutella it gets way too runny. This should be fine as-is.

    I gave up cow when I was 15. I just didn't like it, I didn't like eating it and my life seemed easier when I didn't eat it. I dunno!

    Pescetarians allow for seafood in their diet, but no other meat.

    Looks pretty good, though I'm not a fan of the branch sticking up out of the middle of the plate... garnish should be appropriate to the food, and edible.

    Nice 60 degree grill marks, though they should let the meat rest a bit more before plating to avoid all the raw looking jus pooling around it.

    Erg.... been grading to many culinary practical exams... need to turn off the critique mode. Looks tasty!
