I"ve been doing MFP over a month and I already see results .i lost 8 pounds on my own then I started with MFP I find it awesome.I have'nt weighed myself in over a month but I can see results my weigh in will be on april19th. I prefer to weigh myself once in a while so that I dont get discouraged. I manage a strict diet of 1650 calories and I walk regularly. What I'me looking for is new weight loss tips, motivation, nutrition and results. i am open minded and responsive to new ideas.0
