Does your skin shrink with you?

I posted this in another topic but I feel it will get buried there.
Does your skin naturally tighten up as you lose the weight? I'm scared that I'll end up with a skin bag once I'm done. I would assume your skin shrinks with you as long as you aren't losing too fast. Is that true?
I'm 5'9", 26 years old, never had kids and am a non-smoker, I started at 220lbs and would like to get to 150 or lower.

Many people I know turned to weight lifting to tighten up loose skin and firm up.0
