Stuck!!!!

So I faithfully work out 6 days a week and I'm usually under my calorie intake not by a lot cuz I don't want to go into starvation mode. I'm active @ my job but I'm stuck @ 138 and I'm 5'5. I'm getting frusterated! What can i do to change this?? Oh yeah and I burn between 500 to 780 some @ my work outs. You can veiw my food diary if youd like if it helps. Thanks!!

    I thought 138 was a healthy weight for 5'5. The experts usually say to change your exercise routine if you reach a plateau.
  • i was stuck but when i stoped eating bread and stuff like that i started losing again and im always way under my calories goal but even knowing that it seems to work and i take oxy elite pro dietary supplement it has a motabilisome boost in it that gives me the extra energy i need
