I don't know what to eat

I don't know what to eat. If I add more calories my weight loss increases.
So, I don't know how to manage it.

Please help mere

    So based on the calculations that I made:
    BMR : 1274.5
    BMR x 1.375 (exercise) = 1752.44
    Total Energy Expenditure = 136.24 x 13 = 1771.12
    Goal = 1239.78
    Protein: 120 x 1 = 120 x 4 = 480
    Fat: 120 x .4 = 48 x 9 = 432
    Left = 1239 - 480 - 432 = 327
    Veggie = 35
    Fruits = 75
    Add = 35 +75 = 110
    Left = 327 - 110 = 217

    But I don't know which food has like the protein and fat, and what can I do with the calories left?
