Calorie burn

I have been doing the 30 day Shred and am on day 4 of Level 2. When I first started the shred it was nothing for me to have a burn of 250-300 calories. Now, I am barely breaking 160 and have to supplement it with something else. Is this a bad thing that my burn is going down tremendously while still doing this work-out? Sometimes with my schedule it is really hard for me to get in a longer work out, but that low calorie burn just doesn't seem like enough.

I think this just means your body has gotten used to the workout and it's becoming easier over time. You maybe just need to push yourself while doing the work out and just put all your energy into every movement.0
