Would someone be able to let me know why when I enter my weight lifting workouts under strength training it doesn't subtract calories from my total daily calorie intake?

i think that under weight training it is more of a log to keep track of what you are doing. i started to put it under cardiovascular strength training which includes weight training0

look under cardio for strenth training if you want to have the calories0

Because the calories can't really be measured with strength training. You don't burn as much as cardio but you do burn more throughout the day and as you progress in weights.. I log it under the cardiovascular and it adds some calories but I only do that to get the extra calories on my log since eating a surplus is my goal anyways.0
