For now the C25k podcast for keeping the intervals right. Anything after that is shuffle.
I got the c2 5k (free)app. I can listen to music and it chimes in when it's time to change from run to walk

Haha.. see? I said "Trust me, Im a musician" and I meant it :D

Every song is an *kitten* kicker, and the tempos are all more or less around my pedaling cadence, so this list is killer for making you want to move fast.

I like PodRunner. It is a free i-Tunes podcast. The tracks are all approximately 1 hour long and are organized by beat per minute. I find the fixed beat per minute helpful in pacing during cardio.

Lately, I listen to whole albums as opposed to mixes or shuffle.

    1. The band's name might get censored on this site. They're angry sounding punk rock. F_____ up is their name. Album is "David Comes to Life".
    2. Scissor Sisters - "Night Work" - electro dance/rock
    3. SBTRKT - "SBTRKT" -hip hop, dubstep
  • I usually put on the "hard rock strength training" channel on Pandora.
  • Usually my Pandora "I'm Sexy and I know it" playlist
